Zombie apocalypse has not ended and humans are losing the war for sure. They have tried quite hard but their efforts have failed to bore fruit.

No one knows to what extent the humans can bear the toil because if they go down then the earth would be full of flesh eating monsters.

The future is grim as the author Jonathan Maberry comes with more short stories full of zombies. The virus started everything in the human world. It changed the people into blood sucking parasites and no one is safe anymore.

The law enforcers have disappeared so the line of defence is shattered. Everyone has to protect himself as he is left on his own. No food supplies and weapons are there and some think that the dooms day has come too soon for the fragile humans.

Benny Imura is one of the survivors and she has gone through hell like missions. At this point in her life, she has actually starting to like the fight against the monsters. She has forged a team against them and though she has lost many of her close ones but she is ready to march forward.

If the human race is going to lose the battle then Benny is not going down without a fight. Ray Porter and Dana Fredsti have narrated different characters in this book but they have kept the pitch at the same level.

The author has always liked such themes, it is clear from Patient Zero and Dead Man’s Song too. Blood soaked adventure are there to entertain those who are not afraid to listen about the zombie tales.
