Lady Madeline was going to marry an aging man which she didn’t want at all. Although the man was rich and was able to provide her with all the luxuries of life she wasn’t contended with it especially after receiving a kiss from the hotshot Logan Scott. Logan was a man who liked being in the company of women all the time so establishing a relationship with such a man was a risky thing to do for Madeline.
She was fully aware that she was playing with her own reputation but the things were not under her control. On the other hand, Logan started feeling something about this dazzling woman who has stolen his heart for the first time. Logan too was hiding certain secrets of his own from everyone and it was because of this one thing, he had not allowed anyone to come close to him.
Being with Madeline was something else because she was ready to embrace him as he was. Devil in Spring and Marrying Winterborne will take everyone on a much further tour to the land of dreams which the author creates on all occasions. There are no breaks in the narration because it is narrated by Rosalyn Landor who does not stop or spoil the story.
