Many harms have come in his way but he had never allowed them to pass. With the courage of this single man the earth has remained safe from the deadly fangs of Squanto and Mogwa.

But something different is coming to the world now. It is a big object made of stardust and no one knows what it really is. If it strikes the earth there would be nothing left except dust. Someone has sent this big ball for a special purpose and there is also a chance that the object is a ship not a comet.

Even if it is a ship then a ship of this size is a bigger threat for James and his men because they might not be able to defend the earth against such a massive thing. B.V. Larson depicts the end of the world this time as the people of the earth start testing their weapons against this huge object. Each weapon that is fired at the big comet just falls in space with no effect on the object.

Thus the human race is left with no other choice except to jump here and there and wait for the upcoming doom. The book has the threatening situations of Fire Fight and Edge World plus it makes the human race scared because of their upcoming doom. Mark Boyett also gives the common people of the earth a maddening tone to show that they are without any option. Only James McGill looks a little compact but he too is without sources.
