Albrek’s Tomb

The dwarfs have survived on the wealth that they extract from the mines since the beginning of time. They have never thought of trying for anything else because they thought that the treasures were ample for them. At this stage, their reserves are getting lower and lower and there is nothing they can do about it. A few of them think that they should start looking for new mines before it gets too late.

When the question of research arouses, the ancestors tell the dwarves a story about Alberk. Alberk was the first dwarf who went in search of new mines in order to get rich but he had a special ring which used to guide him in the right direction of the mines. Though Alberk was always right in the selection of the path he never returned from the expedition and some dwarves think that his tomb is out there somewhere.

Alex and his companions start the journey in search of the magical ring so that they can locate new mines with the help of that ring. On the way, they meet a paladin who tells them that a destructive force is out there on the land and there is no way that they can pass that deadly thing. Still, Alex and his friends march on and they finally confront the dark force which seems to be waiting for them.

M.L. Forman has talked about a lot of mythical things in different books for example in The Horn of Moran and The Axe of Sundering. On this occasion, the story once again revolves around the same kind of thing i.e the magical ring.  E.B. Stevens’ powerful voice is not going to allow you to skip any line or dialogue of the story so keep your complete concentration on the story.
