Phantom Shadows

Phantom Shadows is the third chapter of Immortal Guardians. This is a paranormal romance novel which is authored by Dianne Duvall. She is the bestselling author of paranormal romance, fantasy, and action & adventure novels. Shadows Strike is another prominent novel from the author and so is her Darkness Dawns. The audio narration of Phantom Shadows is done by Kirsten Potter. It was an awesome performance and you will have an excellent time with this audiobook.

Dr. Melanie Lipton by no means was a stranger by any means to the supernatural. She knew the immortals much better than they knew themselves, which goes right down to their rigid genes. There was a handsome rogue immortal who appeared to be quite suspicious of her colleagues. That was Sebastian who captivated Melanie. His history was all checkered. All of his scars were impressive and on top of that, his ideas were all daring as well. But, that was not his idea at all which had Melanie fighting off the outpourings of desire.

Bastien had the repute of being a bad guy. He just couldn’t remember that last time when he had someone to trust. However, Melanie was quite different, and right under her calmness, the exterior had a passion that was well beyond anything that he had experienced in centuries.

Both the lead characters of this novel have very human and realistic emotions, and that helped them with significant relatability. The author used some recurring characters from some of the previous books and that helped to continue further with the building of her exciting paranormal world. The story of Phantom Shadows overall is engaging and the narration was quite awesome too.
