Hounded

Hounded is the first chapter of The Iron Druid Chronicles. This is a paranormal fiction classic novel that is authored by Kevin Hearne. The Iron Druid Chronicles is the best work of the American author which consists of nine intriguing novels. A Plague of Giants and Two Ravens and One Crow are two of the most exciting novels by the author.

The audio narration of Hounded is done by Luke Daniels. All the accents done by him in this novel were spat on while doing his best in bringing the characters of this story to life.

Atticus O’Sullivan was considered to be the last among the Druids, who were living a peaceful life in Arizona. He owned an occult bookshop there and would be otherwise busy shape-shifting for hunting along with his Irish wolfhound. All of his customers and neighbors used to think that this tattooed and handsome Irish guy was just around 21 years old. But in reality, he was 21 centuries old. He used to draw all his power from the planet Earth and he was also in possession of extremely sharp wit. He would also wield a sharper enchanted sword which was known as the Fragarach or the Answerer.

That sword, unfortunately, caught the eye of an angry Celtic god and he was the one who hounded Atticus for several centuries. He had finally tracked him down and Atticus was in dire need of all his powers along with the support of the seductive goddess of death, and his werewolf and vamp team as well.

You will love the newly introduced cool and funny urban fantasy hero of this first chapter of the Iron Druid Chronicles. The story itself will not disappoint you either and you must give this novel go ahead.
