The battle between good and evil or angels and demons starts because of a woman this time. Leaders from both sides want to claim Annabelle Miller for different reasons. The woman does not know why she has become the source of attraction for both sides but one thing is for sure i.e her life has become hell. Zacharel is the first guy that is introduced by the author Gen Showalter and he is an angel. But Zacharel is not just an ordinary angel rather he is the most dominating and ruthless one. Everyone fears him and he fears no one, staring in the eyes of danger is his routine.
Annabelle attracted Zacharel in first sight and he wants to claim her. The woman is actually in an institute and there she is facing the punishment of the crimes which she never committed. The angel is not the only one who is after her, there is a longish list of demons who want to possess her soul for eternity.
Max Bellmore has single-handedly narrated all the characters and the job is awesomely done. Such a problem also appeared in The Warlord and Heartless when the main characters just find out that they have no place to go except hell.
Annabelle’s heart beats for no one at the start and all she wants is a normal life. Then when the time to choose comes her heart is bent towards the angel who wants her and is ready to sacrifice anything. Claiming her means that the angle will have to get rid of his wings and perhaps his powers too.
