Tower of Thorns

Tower of Thorns is a suspenseful mystery thriller novel. It is the second installment in Blackthorn & Grim novel series. The book is authored by Juliet Marillier. She is a reliable writer of fantasy novels from New Zealand. Her books mostly have historical fantasy stories. Among her other better novels, Flame of Sevenwaters is one of them. Moreover, Daughter of the Forest is also one of them which needs your attention.

The audio narration of Tower of Thorns is done by Nick Sullivan, Susannah Jones, and Natalie Gold. It was an awesome performance and you will be booked for an excellent audiobook time.

Blackthorn, a disillusioned healer, and Grim, her companion was settled down in Dalriada. They were waiting out for the seven years of Bond of Blackthorns to her fey mentor. They were all the time hoping to avoid any sort of dire challenges. However, the trouble seemed to have some sort of a way of looking out at Grim and Blackthorn.

Then came lady Geileis the scene who was a noblewoman coming from the northern border. She asked for the help of the prince of Dalriada to help out in expelling a howling creature on her land coming from an old tower. It was the one that was surrounded by an impassable hedge of thorns. It resulted in a disease right over the complete district and at the same time, it became impossible to drive away through any regular means. The sanity and safety were both threatened by all who were living nearby.

The audiobook has a very decent story and the narration was just spectacular. Overall, it will be a captivating book with lots of entertainment guaranteed.
