Love is a healer in Robyn Carr’s stories and the author does not allow the characters to get grieved because of love. This is a series that can give positive energy to those who are sad because of any love issue in real life. Also, there are times when we are just pretending to be happy when we are actually sad from the inside.
Carr provides a suggestion that such people whether they are men or women should try to stand against the odds so that they can live a truly happy life. Lauren Delaney apparently had the life that an ordinary woman of the town can dream of but in reality, everything about her life was just fake.
Her husband was mistreating her since the beginning of her married life and she was trying to keep up with him for the sake of her daughters. Now the girls have become adults and Lauren thinks that she should get rid of this marriage which has only brought pain and grief to her. On the 24th wedding anniversary, the woman finally files for her divorce and starts searching for a new relationship which she readily finds in the form of a man who too was facing the torture of a broken marriage.
Now the only problem which Therese Plummer narrates for Lauren is her husband who wants to keep his married life perfect like always and he does not want to let go. Sunrise Point and A New Hope might be able to satisfy your appetite much further which gets developed through this one. Remember if you are a mere teenager then you might not be able to understand these kinds of emotions at the initial level of your life.
