The era of 1940 was the Golden Age of cinema in which several movies and movie stars rose to the height of success. The author Heather Graham paints that era at the beginning where the audience is told about a horrible accident which resulted in the death of a movie star.
A priest killed the female star in the museum and the help came quite late because of which the woman was not saved. After telling this incident of the past, the author brings the story back into the present where the same kind of movie is again being created. The priest’s body was lifeless apparently but once again it kills the woman and the Eddie Archer’s son gets arrested in this murder case.
Eddie asks Sean Cameron to look into the case personally because Sean happens to be an expert in cases with paranormal activities loaded in them. When the investigation starts, new facts are brought to light which was not covered decades ago. Sean thinks that there is something seriously wrong with the case and if the case is not solved then there would be more dead bodies which the FBI has to handle later on.
From the maker of A Lethal Legacy and Deadly Fate such a quality novel is always expected. The hiring of Luke Daniels is another plus point in the show because Luke is quite an expert in the narration of murder mysteries. If you are listening to this book then you should keep an eye on the characters because the situation is changing at regular intervals and the characters will get out of sight if the listener is not attentive.
