The Truth of Shadows

The Truth of Shadows is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the second installment in The Nightfall Wars novel series which is written by Jacob Peppers. The Lies of Autumn is his best short story which became a finalist for the Eric Hoffer Award in 2013. Apart from this, The Coming Darkness and Don’t Feed the Trolls are a couple of other good novels by Jacob peppers.

The audio narration of The Truth of Shadows is beautifully done by Derek Perkins.

There were three strangers chosen by the gods. All of them were gifted with some magical powers which were well beyond that of any other regular mortal who stand right against the forces of shadow. But on the other side, there were a few other gods too. Moreover, some other magical powers were lurking all across the darkness as well. They would also find their champions very soon.

Alesh and his companions were hunted by all of his immortal and mortal enemies alike. They flee to the Ferinan lands which were in the south. They would search there for the help that they badly needed. Moreover, they would also look for all those who might stand with Alesha and his companions against the approaching darkness.

There was a nobleman who had absolutely no hope. A musician was there as well to whom every other song just sound like some funeral chant. Then there was also a servant of the castle who was at grave risk of getting consumed by some evil that was expected to be much greater than any other he had faced before.

You will find this story to be quite emotional and at the same time, a bit physical as well.
