The author has used such a title which will attract more and more audiences towards itself. The title is simple and appealing so is the material of the book. The book does not come up with ideas that will give you some complex things to think about. There are simple ways that can be adopted if we want to get rid of overeating and the weight which we gain out of nowhere.
Some think that lack of exercise is the main reason behind weight gain. For our author here that is not the case at all rather the author has given his own theory here which is practically proven. Weight gain is linked to the rise in the level of insulin in the body.
If we want to get rid of our weight then we should start keeping an eye on our insulin. This is not a bad idea if someone wants to be in good health and shape all the time. The narrator Brian Nishii’s performance is also a good one for the book. Simple words and ideas are used in this book which will make you able to identify where you are going wrong in life.
No need to follow complex diet plans or get indulged in tough exercises as it is easier than you have ever imagined. Sparring Partners type of books are good but this information that Jason has given to the audience is practically applicable in real life. So don’t think that you have made a mistake by selecting this book because it is awesome.
