He is one of the best narrators available today and his performance in this novel has been electrifying and highly enjoyable. The demons were defeated which also including their masters. The Collen Basin at last was at peace. But, that piece of peace was a lie. The prince of Mallon on the other side was conspiring a lot to initiate war on Collen Basin. The young Cally in that situation was the only one who had some idea about his scheme.

He and Myla, her new girlfriend rushed ahead to the basin to warn them. The Colleners on the other end had only started to react at the time when the Mallish vanguard arrived with full force. The force was led by Inquisitor Vara. They quickly took the children of the city hostage and then delivered a grand offer of peace coming from the king.

There was no guarantee if they could trust that offer of peace. The rebel leaders in return sent Myla and Cally towards the Oracle of Kela. This novel will excite you a lot with its story and characterization. On top of that, the solid narration by Tim Gerard proved to be icing on the cake.
