The Iron Daughter is a teen & young adult fantasy novel. It is the second chapter of the Iron Fey novel series. The book is authored by Julie Kagawa. She is an American author who is mainly known for her The Iron Fey novel series. There are 15 chapters in this series and one of them is The Iron King. The audio narration of The Iron Daughter novel is done by Khristine Hvam. She did it well by binding the listeners to the characters with her soulful voice.
Meghan was a half Summer faery princess and half-human. She was the one who never fit in anywhere. She was deserted by the Winter prince who she thought loved her. She was the prisoner to the Winter faery queen. As war loomed between Winter and Summer, Meghan knew very well that the actual danger would come from the Iron fey. Those were the ironbound faeries that were only seen by her and her absent prince. But there was nobody who believed her.
Even worse, their fey power Meghan had been completely cut off. She was badly stuck in Faery along with her only for support. Trusting anybody there would be foolish. And then trusting an apparent traitor would be lethal. Meghan just couldn’t help but hear all the whispers of longing in her beautiful all too human heart. This is an amazing young adult novel with a superb storyline. The banter in the book is also so much special and the element of friendship is amazing as well.
