The story of “The Foundation” starts here when the empire is established and several heroic figures come to the scene. Isaac Asimov has talked about the thing in a stepwise way. The story jumps forward in years after every episode. First, the jump takes us fifty years forward into the future and then we move to one hundred and fifty years ahead in the future. Here Hober Mallow comes to the scene and shows the skills of trading to the audience and everyone else in the story.
Geoffrey Beevers, Julian Glover, Maurice Denham, and Angela have narrated this starting episode in full strength. Later the narrators move fifty years ahead and a battle is seen against the Galactic Empire. Bel Riose happens to be the last general of the empire against which the Foundation finally stands strong. This seems to be the last fight between the two empires because the losing side will get vanished from the face of the universe. The first war is won and later the Mule takes over after a horrifying war.
The Second Foundation is established later on which brings the Mule back to the battlefield. A young girl saves the day in the second Foundation after which the story finally comes to an end. Famous books like I, Robot and Prelude to Foundation are written by Isaac Asimov which are no less appealing in terms of plot as compared to this long book. This book has many layers and the author has not written such lengthy books in his career as a routine. Thus this makes the current book an exceptional piece of art by Isaac Asimov.
