The Cure

On her seventeenth birthday, Ashen is also taken to the Arc for the span of twelve months during which she will try to prove that she is worthy of taking the Cure i.e a medicine that will help her to live after the eighteenth year. Then she is given the chance to live with a rich family in which there happens to be a boy who is quite appealing. She thinks that her dreams have finally come true and she will live at ease for the rest of her life. Slowly she also starts realizing that the society which looked apparently beautiful and appealing was not what it seemed.
