Mat Best, Ross Patterson, and Nils Parker have finally found the fun side of something which is considered serious all around the globe. The three authors wanted to tell the truth to the public about their duties. Though the task the military officers perform during special operations is always hard they are trained in a way that they enjoy performing their duty.
So even if the people are not thanking them at all, still they would be doing the thing with the same kind of passion. Some people think that thanking the military officers is their duty but Mat is of the view that the military officers enjoy completing their task which includes killing or arresting enemies.
The officers are not scared of the bad guys and they like to get rid of them all the time. The three authors have narrated their own experiences at different war fronts all around the globe. They have seen suicide bombers jumping on them and they have faced gunfire from all sides. So in such a scenario, if you blow up an enemy truck then it is not a big deal because you are quenching your thirst for revenge.
It is Mat Best who is narrating this book as well so you would be listening to the entire thing in a fun way. The way the author used to kick open the doors of the enemy compounds is still something that charges him up. All the time he was fulfilling his passion and he was not forced like the fictional characters in Changes: The Dresden Files, Book 12. The serious operations are described in a leisurely way because the author wanted to convey the message to the public that military officers like their duty of getting rid of the bad guys.
