Temple of the Winds

Richard the hero of this series was once a simple countryman who had no vision to achieve greatness in future. For him his life had everything which he needed or ever dreamed of. The land was being governed by the cruel emperor Jagang at that time but this was nothing which concerned Richard. Soon the emperor became mad in his lust of power and control over the land and in order to make people bow before him he unleashed a plague on the land. The plague started killing the people like mere insects and no one was safe from the terrorizing effects of this horrible plague. According to prophesy a Seeker of Truth was needed by the land and all the hints pointed towards Richard. The man was surely good at heart but he never imagined that he would be selected for such a gigantic task. However he could not say no to it because the people started to look at him like a savior.

With Kahlan he started towards the Temple of the Winds where he might get the solution of the problem but that specific temple has demonic forces locked inside it for centuries. Terry Goodkind’s standard in fiction was raised by Wizard’s First Rule and Stone of Tears this book too is among the landmarks which the author has achieved in life. Leaving the efforts of Dick Hill aside in this novel is impossible because he has contributed not only his voice but all his energies as well. Giving your hundred percent all the time is impossible but Dick Hill has made this thing possible by performing superbly here.
