All of it started in the first part of the series when Drew Hayes described the details of the university and its program to create heroes. Super Powereds: Year 1 settled the base and then the story moved forward with the introduction of a lot of evils in the second part Super Powereds: Year 2. Now the audience knows that there are two kinds of people in the university one is the Supers who are going to be heroes quite soon and the other group is the Powereds who are complete misfits.

It is Kyle McCarley again for the narration so there would be no change in the standards of the narration. The Powers are in total chaos because they are losing their grip on everything very quickly. They are afraid that they might be kicked out of the Hero Certification Program even after all of this hard work.

The challenges are tough this time and if they accept these challenges then they can lose their lives in the process as well. Now they know that many students suffered such a fate during the last year and the past might repeat itself on this occasion too. These trials are not the only thing that has become scary for the Powers.

The enemies are closing in on them and they are also ready for the final battle. With pressure from both sides, the Powereds are totally in a devastating situation in the last part of the series. If they get out of this one alive then they surely would be able to call themselves heroes. However, the Powers are not thinking about certificates in this situation rather they are thinking about survival.
