Six Sacred Swords Audiobook
Six Sacred Swords is a fantasy novel written by Andrew Rowe. It is the introductory book to the Weapons and Wielders series. The author has written some other great books that should be considered such as Forging Divinity and Stealing Sorcery.
Nick Podehl has delivered a flawless performance for this narration. He is solid most of the time, and this here is no different. Nick has done what he can with the words of the book. If he is held back by a lackluster story, then it isn’t his fault. [Six Sacred Swords AudioBook]
It surely doesn’t take a legendary sword to make a legendary swordsman, but it helps. Keras Selyrian is already on his way to etch his name in history. He has battled false divinities, conniving sorcerers, and dishonorable demigods. He has developed an immaculate slate. He has defeated all that have faced him. Still, he is a long way from home. Even then, Kaldwyn offers a different taste of danger than he is normally used to. [Six Sacred Swords AudioBook]
Keras already possesses a sword of unimaginable power. It gets damaged and starts leaking world-destroying mana. Thus he hits the market for a new one. Why stop at one though, when six are better. The Six Sacred Swords are the most famous artifacts of Kaldwyn. They had been forged as the only means to defeat the god beasts. Each of them must be earned, and no worthy champion has been able to collect them all.
All that is about to change since Keras is just getting started. He is a strong hero, with moral decisions to make. He doesn’t want to kill people. Only time will tell though, whether he will be able to strike through the enemy’s heart and finally triumph.
