Stephanie Plum for a routine changes simple tasks into a great mess or we can say that things are never the same as they seem for Plum. Whenever she is on to something strange, the problems just keep on coming towards her and she has to tackle the issues linked to her family as well.

This time it is Eddie she has to keep an eye on because he is a slippery customer and because of him Stephanie has lost two of her friends. She has to know everything about Eddie and this is exactly what she is hired to do by Ranger. Ranger has assured Stephanie that he will provide her with every kind of help that she needs and all she has to do is to follow his commands in everything.

This might not be easy but Stephanie has to complete her job at any cost. Joe Morelli is also waiting for her answer because he has given her the marriage proposal. This is the decision that she has to make sooner or later and her family because her family is forcing her to do so. Her grandma and sister are in the story too which Janet Evanovich has painted with more troubles of their own.

Threats are rising and this is the part that will leave Wicked Appetite far behind. The narration was altered a little by Lorelei King who narrated all the parts of this series. Going Rogue was not with so many characters which mean that Janet has tried to take the story to a new state. Continuous improvement in the characterization and story has kept this series alive in the hearts of the fans.
