The war hero who saved the galaxy from a big catastrophe is again on the run. It was something which was always on the cars because he was in debt and this was the thing which he has to settle with Jabba. Jabba the biggest crime lord in the entire galaxy just don’t let prey escape from his hands. Han wanted some rest but the debt forced him to take on another deadly mission that could provide him more money than his needs but if he fails then failure means death for him.
Han has to steal from the galaxy’s safest place and perhaps this time one man is just not ample for the job. Hiring a team could be tricky for a mission like this as all the people are usually not ready for a suicidal mission.
A group of scoundrels is selected and each member has his skills which are matchless and still there remains a problem i.e none of the team members are doing it for heroism this time. All the teammates want money which they are hoping to get at the end of the campaign. Timothy Zahn introduces heroes which are not appealing at the start because they are not presented as warriors.
Han of course remains a hero here as well and the rest of the gang starts looking appealing when we see their performance at the time of the main battle. Thrawn (Star Wars) and Thrawn: Alliances (Star Wars) were talking about heroes and this book describes the villains that were changing into heroes. Marc Thompson was not narrating the series for the first time so it was a routine troll for the narrator
