Revival Audiobook
Every book which has the name of Stephen King written on it is like a must have item for lovers of fantasies. The author stunned millions when he came up with Fairy Tale and The Dark Tower III. These are the kind of stories that can never grow old in the mind. The flavor doesn’t end whether one listens to it or reads it on his own.
This is the story of a town in New England where a boy named Jamie witnesses a strange man coming near him. The name of the man was Jacobs and he came to the town with his wife. Jacobs was the new minister of the place and soon everybody in the town was attracted to the family. The women appealed to Jacobs while the men folks liked the style of Mrs. Jacobs.
The two became the center of attraction and Jamie was also linked to them in a special way. One day Jacobs just lose his mind when he faces tragedy and he speaks against the creator at which he is thrown out of the town and is never seen again. Jamie grows up into a fine lad and his love for his guitar increases as he grows up.
He starts playing for a band and becomes famous too but when he moves to the city he gets addicted to heroin and he thinks that he has destroyed his life completely. David Morse once again narrates the character of Jacobs in the middle of the novel as he meets Jamie once again. The two finally understand each other in a better way and they think that there are a lot of ways for a revival.
