Whenever one finds the name of Andrea Parsneau in the narrator’s column then he can get that book without any further investigation. Here he is thinking about his personal goals which he wants to achieve no matter what happens. If someone tries to come in his way or tries to get rid of him then he will have to pay the price because Steve is coming.
