Reached is a teen & young adult dystopian science fiction novel. It is the third instalment in the Matched novel series. The author of this book is Ally Condie. She is a reasonably good author of young adult and middle-grade fiction novels. Matched is the best novel of the author which became number one on the bestseller list of the New York Times. Crossed is another novel by the author that deserves your attention. The audio narration of Reached is done by Jack Riccobono. The performance was distracting with monotonous voices for all the characters.
After leaving behind Society and searching for the Rising as well as each other desperately, Ky and Cassia discovered what they have been always looking for. But all of that came at cost of losing each other, and that happened again. Cassia was assigned to work for the Rising. That assignment was to be fulfilled right within the Society, while Ky had been stationed right outside of its borders. But nothing there was as predictable, and all too soon the veil lifted and things started to shift one more time.
