A war among the family members can get serious at times and facing your siblings in order to get your just rights is always the toughest thing for a person. All Anna wanted was a lively life and some love from her family too. Instead of love, she gets a punch in the face by her sister who just hates her. The two sisters never go along very well because of this Anna wants to get out of this mess and going to the academy is the only dream that she has in her mind.
If she clears the entrance trials then she will get admission to the academy where she will make friends for the first time in her life. There would be magic and warlock tournaments that will provide all the fun that she never had because of her parents who argue all the time. While preparing for the trials it is revealed to Anna that her father has a secret that he has been hiding for a very long time.
That secret power can be given to only one girl in the house. This means that the war between Anna and her sister is still one and she has to fight for her right on this occasion otherwise she would be left alone for her entire life. Never underestimate Sever Bronny’s writing, the author has Champion’s Wrath and Mercy’s Trial for the masses if they have any doubt about his creations.
As for the narration, an expert was needed for this magical novel which is also full of emotions, Moira Quirk has played the role of the narrator very well here.
