Private London
Private London is a crime thriller. It is the fourth installment in the Private novel series. The author of this book is James Patterson and it is coauthored by Mark Pearson. If crime or mystery thriller novels with suspense are your go-to genre then James Patterson is the author that you can trust, especially with books like The 23rd Midnight and Blowback, etc.
The audio narration of the Private London novel is done by Rupert Degas. You will find the narrator to be very engaging. The only few times when you will have small issues is when he tried doing the female voices. Hannah Shapiro was a charming young student from the USA. For her, a nightmare began some eight years ago when she was in Los Angeles. Private was known to be the most exclusive detective agency in the world and Jack Morgan was its owner. Jack saved Hannah from a dreadful death. She fled the country afterward but she couldn’t flee from her past. The horrors of her past life followed her to London. It was then upon Dan Carter, the ex-Royal Military Police Sergeant to save her once again. Dan was also the head of a Private agency in London.
Many young women in the central London area were reportedly abducted. When the bodies were found a few days later, they were mutilated mysteriously. DI Kristy Webb was the ex-wife of Carter who was also part of the investigation. It appeared as if the two cases were linked.
The plot of Private London title is outstanding. The characters are extremely interesting as well. The narration was good but not the best.
