Beck Phillips was a 15years old young girl. She traveled to the isolated Kings plot village by train. She went there for living her life with his very rich but estranged uncle. During her stay there in the village and at the house of her uncle, she discovered quite a few dark family secrets. There were so many of them such as a forbidden wall, a buried basement, and then an old book of complete family history which has some odd references as well. Those references were possibly related to the dragons or were they? The life of Beck was just about to be changed for good in the suspenseful mystery tale. It is about the weird and destructive nature of greed. It is also about the nature of courage for the sake of making things go right.
The story of this book is without any doubt sensational but it was held back by poor narration. You will find this book filled with the signature humor of Obert Skye and that is the best part of it.
