The audio narration of Piece of Qilin novel is done by Vanessa Moyen and Lucas Webley. The narration by both of them was flawless and enjoyable. The fae and the mages were not allowed to let go of any of their differences. They were both willing to go ahead to war for total domination, even if that could result in tearing apart Haret.
It was the right time to just stop hoping for any compromise and then start flexing the magical muscle. I just needed to have a way so that the innocent could be sheltered. I was in no position to protect everyone out there and I still had a very long list of the different tasks to be done from Saga. We were moving between cities and we needed to have a home base somewhere.
It is not everybody could make it out alive from this. A lot of history of the Haret was just buried and then uncovering the same might start a great avalanche of more trouble. The future however could still be bright as long as we had our eyes set on the rainbow and the light that it has got to represent. This is a lovely series and Piece of Qilin is one of its finest chapters. The plot in this one kept on evolving and that kept the listeners interested for a long time.
