She is an award-winning author who is mainly known for writing romance novels. She won a good number of awards for her Darkness Dawns, which was also her debut novel of the author. The story of Night Reigns started with the character of Marcus Grayden. In this second instalment of the Immortal Guardians novel series grief of Marcus over the loss of the woman whom he loved a lot led him to become extremely reckless. When that happened then he was assigned to a new Second. That Second was the one who eventually proved to be quite distracting, to say the least.

The most inspiring thing about Night Reigns is the narration by Kirsten Duvall. The story was fine and it could have been much better. You must consider listening to the audio version of the subject book and the experience will surely be enjoyable. Night Reigns contain mature themes and for this reason, the book is meant for an adult audience only.
