Richard Rohan is not the only one who is narrating this novel rather he has an entire team of wonderful narrators that have helped him. There are many heroes and villains in the novel and all of them are focusing on the ultimate power for which they have to fight hard. A powerful force has called all the heroes to this strange planet which is called Battleworld.
Here a competition has been started at the end of which the winner will get the power of his dreams. There is Dr. Doom on the list who wants to act like a god since the beginning and this is the right kind of opportunity for him. If he succeeds then he would be able to have the power with which he would be able to control the entire universe.
The evil doer will eradicate all the heroes once he gets his hands on the power source so he must be stopped at any rate. All the heroes join hands and some of the villains also form new alliances for the ultimate goal. It is like the clash of the titans and survival is surely the first thing for everyone. Alex Irvine has surprises in X-Men: Days of Future Past and Pacific Rim Uprising too if you are interested in fantasy things.
War or the ultimate competition starts from the first pages of this book and it does not end as long as the competition is moving forward. Don’t skip any portion because the war and competition is in a sequence that will not provide the same spice if skipped a little.
