Love Warrior (Oprah’s Book Club: A Memoir) Audiobook
As the world is progressing, the people of the world are getting weaker physically and psychologically as well. We often hear how people fail to tackle different circumstances in their life and they run away or sometimes commit suicide. Glennon Doyle was against this thing from the beginning and she has written a lot on these issues. Untamed is an excellent example of the creativity of the author.
She has tried to infuse a positive force in the audience so that the broken ones can reshape their life just like her. There was a time in her life when the author thought of her life as an ideal one. She was surrounded by happiness in the form of her three children and a loving husband. Her writing career was also thriving at that time.
So the “happily ever after” concept was in her grasp. Then one day she slipped and everything just dropped out of her hands. She wasn’t able to collect that thing back again because relations cannot be established once they are broken. Her relationship with her husband ended in a tragedy and she became an alcoholic for a while after that.
Being a strong woman, the author was able to come out of this trance very quickly and she was able to understand the stance of her husband in a better way. Instead of wasting more time on those thoughts and emotions, she started everything more positively and regained the lost glory within no time. Thus a man should never accept defeat in his life rather facing problems and understanding life in a better way is the right solution.
