Kraven

Kraven does not get an introduction at the start of the story, it is Batina Dawson and her sister who start the book with their issues. The sisters were facing terrible financial issues in their life, Batina was working at a law firm but the job was not ample for her. The firm belongs to her grandfather and that’s why she wanted a partnership in it. If Bat gets a partnership then she would be able to help her sister with her monthly expenses. For this, both sisters decided to visit their grandfather.

Tickets to Alaska were bought and the sisters hoped that the flight would change their life forever. The flight did change their life but it was not in the way they expected. The plane crashes in the middle and the two sisters are saved by two brothers who are VampLycan.

Kraven is the sexy one and he wants to keep Bat for himself, also he tells her that her mother was also one of them thus they can establish a bond between them. Another threatening thing which Kraven shares with the girl is her grandfather’s mission to destroy her and her sister. Bat does not believe on all this crap and tries to run away but she finds out that she cannot leave Kraven.

Not only the VampLycan is attractive but he is the only being who could keep the girls safe from the danger of the outside world. Obsidian and Brawn kind of race can be seen in the story and this is surely the strength of Laurann Dohner. Savannah Richards has not narrated such kind of literature very much but she was up to the mark in the novel and the weakness is not revealed anywhere in the narration.
