Jacinda’s Challenge is the third installment in The Challenge Series. This romance book is written by M. K. Eidem. You will find her books to be fantasy, romance, erotica, and sometimes science fiction as well. The ones that are highly recommended for her followers are the Cassandra’s Challenge and Victoria’s Challenge novels.
For the audio narration of this novel, Ian Gordon, Rebecca Haslam, Gary Gordon, and Jennifer Gill teamed up. The multi-voice narration of this audio novel worked like a charm.
Jotham was known as the king of the House of Protection. He was considered to be the youngest one to take on this position. This position came to him due to the sudden death of his king’s father in the 20th cycle of Jotham. He married, Lata, his lifemate in the last 40 cycles. He lost her later in an accident. He had two sons with her and lost one of those due to the treachery of his son. Now Barek, his first so is found to be interested in someone. Jotham is determined to find everything about that woman and as much as he could.
Jacinda belonged to the House of Healing. She was the widow of the one who belonged to the House of Protection. Her lifemate was Stephen even though as compared to her, he was 20 cycles older. She was devastated by his sudden death. If it wasn’t for her three kids then she wasn’t sure if she could have survived. The novel is very fascinating. It also introduced some of the characters which became a considerable part later in the future chapters. The experience overall with exceptional writing and superb narration were quite good.
