A typical girl of the big city named Piper just gets out of her limits for the last time and her stepfather thinks that she has enjoyed life. According to her father, she has shown enough indecent behaviour and she must learn proper ways of living otherwise she will continue making such big dramas in life.
She is sent to her late father’s dive bar in Washington where she would have to live with her sister in an apartment which is not suitable at all. When she lands in this new town, the first man whom she meets is Brendan who is a sea captain by profession. Brendan thinks that she would not be able to last in the town for a very long time.
So Piper takes all of this as a challenge which means that she wants to show her father and also Brendan that she has the potential to get the job done. As she spends more time with Brendan, she thinks that she has started to like the stubborn sea captain who does not know much about relations. There comes a moment when Piper thinks that she should return back to her old life but this strange town and Brendon completely mesmerise her.
Hook, Line, and Sinker and Mouth to Mouth is hot and this one is even hotter with so much lusty stuff that no one is going to leave it incomplete. Tessa Bailey can launch a love story at any point and from any place. Charlotte North could have narrated it at a much higher pitch but in that case, the romance would have lost its impact.
