Infinite Dark is a science fiction and fantasy novel. It is the second book in the Cowboy Necromancer novel series. The book is written by Harmon Cooper. He is a bestselling author on Amazon for more than 30 different science fiction novels. A good collection of his science fiction and fantasy novels could be found in The Feedback Loop, Volume 1: Books 1 – 4. Moreover, Mask of the Fallen is another good title from the author.
The audio narration of Infinite Dark novel is done by MacLeod Andrews. The narrator had a limited range of voices and at one time with a few more characters coming in, you will find the narrator well short of believable voices. Some places used to defy description in a so otherworldly way that they just couldn’t exist on the planet Earth. Or, that was what the Sterling Monedero thought to be.
Sterling all of a sudden was shifted to a barren salt flat. He must look to fight for his survival, especially after a terrifying creature surfaces. His journey got heated up just as he came to discover that all of his teammates have been moved away to that unknown land. All that he needed to do then was to look for their whereabouts. But, that was easier said than done. There were plenty of challenges lying ahead that would never be that much easy to handle.
The book didn’t offer as much humor as was expected from Harmon Cooper’s novel. However, this chapter will do a good job of keeping the story rolling and making it a pleasant experience for the listeners.
