The world comes to an end and then gets up once again, that has been the pattern for thousands of years. People fully believe on the thing that’s why whenever the Demon King rises they don’t try to do anything rather they wait for hundred years to let the hero do his thing. According to the legend whenever a cursed villain comes to the world and tries to destroy the human race, a hero comes to the rescue and gets the job done in no time.
The human race has survived because of this pattern for thousands of years and they don’t want to bring any change in it. Not to forget the hero has to prove himself by following ten steps which only he alone can perform.
Another Demon King has risen this time and for many people, the scenario seems to be different this time. The demon is crueler and his speed to crush the people of the land is faster. Perhaps if the humans wait for hundred years there would be no one left for the hero to save afterward. Instead of a man, Andrew Rowe adds a female character named Yui Shaw here.
The girl knows that the human race cannot survive for hundred year span because of which she announces herself as the chosen one. The announcement was easy but she has to complete the ten-step ritual after which she will get the chance to meet the fairy and also have a sword to fight with. Suzy Jackson has narrated the ambitious girl in the novel and the rest of the characters are handled by Steve West.
