Once you get into this territory then all your worries will disappear very quickly and you are bound to find the perfect match for yourself. In the case of Leslie Petruso and Conner Danson, this does not happen because they are not ready to look into the eyes of each other. People think that they are the perfect match for one another but the problem is that they don’t want to enter the domain of love once again.
The previous experience of these two people was not superb so they have decided to leave that part of their life aside. The feelings of the two lovers aroused in The Homecoming don’t exist between Leslie and Conner.
We cannot say it is a lack of feeling rather the couple is trying to tame those feelings inside their hearts which is not possible once you fall in love. Therese Plummer is the legendary narrator who narrated Dreamland in the past and the narrator knew how to deal with these two love birds painted in this book.
