The author is known for writing excellent fantasy novels, which also include paranormal fantasy as well. The Chronicles of Kerrigan Prequel and The Chronicles of Kerrigan Sequel are two titles from the W.J. May which are highly recommended.
The audio narration of the book is done by Sarah Ann Masse. She is an amazing narrator who has grown with the characters in this series. She performed this time with utmost perfection yet again.
The enemy has changed and it has a completely new face now. That new face was Jonathan Cromfield. The only exception was that he was not new or was he? Jonathan had a plan and it was the one that Rae as well, whether she likes all of that or not.
Rae was petrified by the thought that she couldn’t die. All of those whom she ever knew would just move on and she will be left all alone. The only exception there was Jonathan. But, she would rather prefer to die than be with Jonathan.
The team comprising Rae, Julian, Devon, and Molly must look to race around the entire world and locate the hybrids. That needed to be done before Jonathan finds them by any means.
Hidden Darkness is a fantastic addition to the Kerrigan series. You will love the characters a lot along with its story while the narration of the book was flawlessly done as well.
