Hell on Heels Audiobook
Highly ironic to notice that the daughter of Satan is trying to save the world. The girl has inner goodness which is hard to believe because she is one of those girls who were born in hell. At the age of twenty-one, Dixie is still a virgin living in hell and she wants to see something new in life. Hades is charming but this is not enough for the girl, she wants to make contact with sexier demons who can satisfy her appetite.
For this purpose, she comes to the earth and here she gets trapped. To some extent, she gets what she was looking for but there are also other threats that she has to face now apart from dancing with the pole. The Sword of Death has been stolen and there is news that someone is going to kill Dixie’s dad very soon. Not only the Underworld but the world of the humans is also under serious threat and only this twenty-one-year-old girl can save the day this time.
Robyn Peterman makes this new world also like hell for the girl who wanted an escape from the real hell. Whose Midlife Crisis Is It Anyway? and You Light Up My Midlife Crisis type of problems are not there but the problematic situations and the reactions of the character do remind us of those books.
If Amanda Ronconi had not narrated this book then it might not have become this much famous among the fans. Amanda knows when to keep the volume down and when to get charged up in narration.
