Foundation is the first chapter in Collegium Chronicles which is a collection of science fiction and fantasy stories. This one is written by Mercedes Lackey. She writes fantasy novels that have a reasonably good fan base. The majority of her trilogies and individual novels are interlinked. Those are set in Velgarth world, especially in the Valdemar country. Beyond and Beyond World’s End are two of her best novels.
The audio narration of this novel is done by Nick Podehl. You will thoroughly enjoy the distinctive voices that Nick ensured for all the characters. However, there is an unpopular opinion about this performance that his ‘narrative’ voice didn’t farewell. Still, the majority of listeners enjoyed this audio performance.

On top of that, he also witnessed the formation of the prodigious Collegium of Herald.
Foundation is a beautiful and one of the most awaited novels in the Valdemar series, which stood also as the bestselling one. It is a nice, fun story involving a group of kids who were part of an enchanted school setup. Their objective to go on to solve a mystery will fascinate the listeners a lot.
