Forbidden Magic

Forbidden Magic is the first chapter of the Magic and Claws novel series. This LGBTQ+ romance fantasy novel is written by Liam Kingsley and co-authored by Jill Haven. Liam writes excellent romance and fantasy novels where you will enjoy his work in Claimed by My Protector novel. Another good one from the author that you must look to try is Concealed Magic.

The audio narration of the Forbidden Magic novel is done by BJ Whimpey. He gave an awesome performance which made everything sound perfect in this book. Shifter and mages, water, and oil are considered to be those certain things that just couldn’t mix well at all. But I was in Porter’s Peak for a definite reason and I was not looking to allow a pack of wolves to just drive me away. I was also not looking to slip in the bed with the alpha, not even if he says that we were meant to be the fated mates.

But the evil magic on the other side start to swirl all around the town and the only possible way to keep my new home safe was to team up with the tempting older shifter and then look to find the actual cause of all the prevailing problems. As we came closer, my resolve to stay clear of his arms was slipping. No one ever cared about me good enough to stick around any further. So why should I think about trusting an old shifter enemy to be any different?

But the evil magic was not supposed to be the only problem left and when the secrets threatened to tear all of us apart then we probably bring the entire town along with us. Can we just set aside all of the ancient hatred and pave a new path or is our union doomed right from the start? Forbidden Magic is a beautiful story of heart and passion. You will enjoy this one for its characters and gripping storyline.
