This story is of a vengeful reader. The name of that genius reader was John Rothstein who was an iconic and well-known author and the one behind the famous character of Jimmy Gold. But, he hasn’t published any new book for a few decades. Morris Bellamy was livid and it was not just because of John stopping to provide books but because of the nonconformist Jimmy Gold. He was the one who sold out for making a career in the field of advertising. John was killed by Morris and he emptied his safe filled with cash. But that was not the real thing. The real treasure was that trove of notebooks that had one more Gold novel in there.

Morris hides the notebooks and the cash. After that, he went for another crime. After a few decades, a boy named Pete discovered that treasure. And then it was Pete’s family along with Pete himself who needed to be rescued from the vengeful Morris by Bill Hodges, Jerome Robinson ad Holly Gibney. Morris was then released from prison after 35 long years.
