Fear the Future Audiobook
The fear continues as the armada approaches near and the days of humanity are numbered. The humans know that they would not be able to fight against such things but they are planning to give the enemy a tough time so that it can remember the human race. For this, humans have been planning and preparing for a long time.
Though it looks strange the humans have come up with a six year old girl who is now protecting the domain of the earth. The girl has the weirdest family as her father is a bit alien like and her nanny is artificial intelligence that is connected to the entire human world. The young girl is trained in such a way that she is hungry for her prey all the time and although she is a predator she is of the good kind. She has been kept in outer space in order to protect the earth and she happens to be the last hope humanity has.
The enemy is now on the horizon and its ships can be observed clearly so the war is quite an obvious thing. Stephen Moss first told about the skills of the young girl and then the author tells us about her past to show that she is not a villain rather from the inside she is still innocent. It is the war that took her innocence away otherwise she too wanted a normal life. The narrator of other parts like Fear the Survivors and Fear the Sky is heard here again and no doubt R.C. Bray knows this series completely that’s why he had full command of the narration.
