Dungeon Lord: Ancient Traditions Audiobook
The fourth book gives the listeners a nice warm welcome to the imaginative world of Hugo Huesca. It is the survival of the meanest Dungeon Lord in the competition. The problem with Edward is that he never wanted to be the meanest but to survive and do the right thing he has to change his gear or style now. Factory of nightmares is what everyone is aiming at this time as whoever gets a stronghold on it will rise as the strongest Dungeon Lord ever.
When Edward starts his journey towards the factory he realizes that the factory is surrounded by a lot of evil forces that are quite difficult to tackle. Then during the journey, he confronts other Dungeon Lords as well who have come in the form of a mighty group. Fighting a pack of Dungeon Lords and the veil around the factory seems impossible but if Ed wants to survive he has to do the impossible.
Also, it is upon his survival that depends on the survival of the Haunt. The story is bigger than Dungeon Lord and Dungeon Lord: Otherworldly Powers. Enemies who stand against Ed are greater in power and to defeat them he has to play the meanest trick ever. Problem is that the poor guy looks out of stock in tricks.
Narrators Jeff Hays, Annie Ellicott, and Dorrie Sacks narrate different characters but at no spot, they have tried to overpower the voice of the fellow narrators. Thus the flow of the story does not break at any spot anywhere. It is in a nice rhythmic order which amuses the listener at every step and in every chapter.
