Drantos Audiobook
Vampires, Lycans and Gargoyles are in plenty in a world that is apparently governed by the humans. Story starts with the introduction of the characters that are human and they have no connection with any other species. Dusti and her sister Batina were going to somewhere far on a plane when the plane crashed and the sisters were dashed to the ground along with other passengers.
They were among the lucky ones because they didn’t die in the accident and got immediate help from the men present around the sight. They thought that the men who brought them out of the rubble were helpers but actually they were present on the spot to kidnap the two. In reality the men were vampires and Lycans who thought that the two sisters were half breed in reality.
Drantos who was charged with the duty to capture the two sisters gets attracted towards Dusti. The vampire gets ready to go against everything which he holds dear for the sake of this one girl whose blood has made him mad. Dusti does not know whether she is the half breed or not but her heart also develops feelings for the being he has seen for the first time in life.
Laurann Dohner wrote Valiant and Brawn for the fans as well but the love and surprises which garnish this novel are matchless. There are moments when a listener can feel that the love between the two strangers is going to rip them apart but they are not ready to let go. Savannah Richards has not added sighs in the love scenes which could have been a good addition but the narration still goes well.
