Covet is the first book in the Fallen Angels novel series. This one is a romance novel which is written by J. R. Ward. She is an American novelist and also the number one bestselling author in New York Times. You will find her mostly writing paranormal romance and contemporary romance novels. Blood Kiss is a prominent novel by J. R. Ward and it promises lots of entertainment. Darius is another novel by the author that you must consider listening to.

The audio narration of Covet is done by Eric G. Dove. The narrator was perfect for this novel and the characters it has. Redemption was not a word that Jim Heron knew much about. The specialty known to him is revenge. Sin to him was all relative. However, everything changed when he became a fallen angel and was charged with saving the souls of seven different people from seven lethal sins.

VindiPietri sold his soul long ago to his business and he was quite good with that. But then fate intervened in the disguise of Harley-riding, who was a tough-talking, self-possessed savior. Then he met a woman who made him question his sanity, his destiny, and even his heart. He had to work with a fallen angel to win her and to cash in his soul.

The book has graphic sex and the strong language used. If that doesn’t bother you then this will be a very enjoyable book for you to try. The start however was a bit rough and then it becomes a roller coaster ride. It ended quite nicely while pulling it altogether. You will look to get the second book in the series.
