Caliban’s War is the second installment in The Expanse novel series. It is written by Kames S. A. Corey. Two writers are collaborating behind this single name and they are Ty Frank and Daniel Abraham. They have produced some exceptional novels together in the science fiction and fantasy genre where one of them is The Butcher of Anderson Station. The audio narration of Leviathan Wakes is done by Jefferson Mays. He made it a sensational listening experience for the audience who were thoroughly entertained with his mesmerizing voice used for the characters.

In this book, you will see the solar system right at the edge of war. The only way out to restore peace is all dependent upon James Holden and as well as on the shoulders of Rocinant. But, we are not alone in all this.

Ganymede was the breadbasket of the outer planets. A Martian marine on that breadbasket watched on just as her platoon got slaughtered by some monstrous super-soldier. On planet Earth, there was a very high-level political struggle to inhibit any form of interplanetary war from starting. On the other hand, at Venus, there was an alien kind of a protomolecule that had overrun the entire planet. It resulted in mysterious, massive changes on the planet. There was a definite threat of that to spread into the entire solar system.

The Expanse is the Hugo Award-winning series and this is one of its finest titles. You will love the way characters are written and how they make the story so engaging for the listeners. This one is now a beautiful Prime Original series as well.
