Bloodrose: A Nightshade Novel is the third installment in Nightshade (Cremer) novel series. This teen & young adult novel is authored by Andrea Cremer who is an exceptional talent in writing YA, science fiction, and fantasy novels. Wolfsbane: A Nightshade Novel is considered to be one of her finest and so is her The Inventor’s Secret.

The audio narration of the subject novel is done by Rebecca Lowman. She was very calming and pleasing to listen to. The characters came out very clean and sharp through her emphatic voice.

Calla was someone who had always favored and welcomed war. But, this time, the ultimate battle is finally upon her. There was a lot more at stake this time than just fighting the enemies. There was saving Ren as a need, even if that incurred the wrath of Shay. There was a need to save Ansel even if he had been marked as a traitor. She also had to prove herself as the alpha of the pack. She was up against many unknown horrors and was riding over the world of the magic of the Keeper once and for all.

Moreover, there was also the deciding factor about what needed to be done once the war comes to its closure. If Calla can come out alive after the war then only it matters what will be the scenario in the future.

You will experience a heartfelt ending in this third chapter of the series. This is the ultimate chapter in the trilogy and you really couldn’t ask for more. It will be worth experiencing.
