Beyond the Highland, Mist is the first chapter of the Highlander novel series. This historical romance fantasy novel is written by Karen Marie Moning. She is an American novelist. A good number of her novels have appeared in the bestselling list of the New York Times. Shadowfever is one of them also reached the #1 spot in multiple national bestselling lists. The Highlander’s Touch is another surprisingly good novel by the author which is a must-listen.
The audio narration of Beyond the Highland Mist novel is done by Phil Gigante. It was an excellent narration with flawless audio production quality. He was known as Hawk in the kingdom, who was a legendary marauder of the battlefield along with the boudoir. No woman could ever say no to his touch. But his heart was never stirred by any woman. But this was the case only until the time a vengeful fairy tumbled Adrienne out of Seattle and medieval Scotland was the destination.
Captive in a different century that was not her own, the outspoken and the entirely too bold was more of an irresistible challenge to the rogue of the 16th century. Adrienne was intimidated in marriage with Hawk and was determined to keep him at an arm’s length. But, it was his sweet and intense seduction that played its part as havoc with the resolve.
There was a perfect no on her perfect lips for the laird. But Hawk swore that she would take his name with utmost desire. The barriers of space and time would restrict him from winning her love. Beyond the Highland, Mist is a wonderful story of love and Fae whether you read it or listen. However, the audio version is way more enjoyable due to the emphatic narration given by Gigante.
